Is this Samsung Galaxy A71 with Boost Mobile? Give them this site for them to check the IMEI on the site and see if it is compatible: https://www.boostmobile.com/bring-your-phone

website says "We cannot determine if your phone is eligible to switch to Boost at this time. Please visit a Boost store near you". Since Boost Mobile is part of Sprint and Sprint is now merged with T-Mobile I assume it would but you might want to confirm with Boost Mobile if they are compatible with T-Mobile phones.
