Hi,
I am interested in the phone.
The details above say the phone is fully paid and unlocked.
Since it's unlocked, can it be used with other networks right away? Or is it necessary to unlock it manually?
Is there a receipt to show it is fully paid for?

The phone is fully paid and unlocked. I uploaded a new photo of what it says inside my account.
Yes, you will have to manually unlock the phone after you start it up by going into the settings and unlocking it. The rep said that it can be used right away with any network as soon as it's unlocked in the settings. If wanted, I can open it and unlock it before shipping it out.
As for the receipt: unfortunately, I don't have it yet. I only have the confirmation number of the full payment. The rep said that I should receive my full receipt showing I paid it off on my next bill (which is Friday).

Actually, I just found the page where it shows I paid the phone off completely with the IMEI and EIP plan numbers that I can include with the purchase so you can register it online with LG.

So this phone has not been officially unlocked? The photos you posted does not include this phone so I am not sure how you say it is unlocked. It may be paid off according to the photo but not unlocked. I would offer you $750 for it since it is not unlocked. And there still might be a glitch when unlocking it because it will be registered to another account holder.

As I started earlier and as you can see from the photo: the phone has officially been unlocked, and if I sold it and the buyer wanted me to open it to unlock it before shipping it out, I would have no problems doing that. The phone isn't even registered on my account because a sim card was never placed inside of it, and I have a business account. I also just recieved the Second Year Warranty promise from LG for my other Wing, which I would send full proof of purchase that's in the last photo so it could be registered as well.

With that said, $750 is a no go, but thanks for the offer, and good luck!

Oh, and by the way: all of the photos of the unopened phone are of the NEW, UNOPENED phone. The other photos are of my Wing with examples of looks/apps that can be dual screened. Just need to clarify that since I'm sure I've provided MUCH more information and pictures than any other seller at this point.
