Hi Lauren. Was it out of the otterbox for the ding? Was it a fall?
I really am not sure how that got there so I can’t say for sure. But the device has worked without any issues.

Yes. It’s at 10% now but charges with an iPad cable without issue. Is that what you mean by battery percentage? I can charge before sending.
