Tiff C, I don't see any issues. If I go to the Swappa paypal settings page, it says:

Can accept payments
Paypal email is verified
Swappa permissions granted

What would I verify? I know I am able to accept payment there all the time. It seems to be only limited to Swappa. And there is no notification in either paypal or swappa stating there is any transaction issue.

FYI As soon as I click buy now the message merchant account restricted pops up and can't go any further. If I attempt on any other Swappa seller's items, it goes through no problem.

Still can't buy. Perhaps try removing your Paypal account from Swappa, then re-adding it. Maybe that will fix it.
