No accessories.

Yes, good working condition. The battery is typical for generation iPad. Have not noticed any unusual drop in battery life.
Thanks again. If you don't mind, could you check battery health in settings to see what percentage it reports?
In order to check the battery health on the iPad need to use a third party app. I use CoconutBattery (coconut-flavour.com). It is an app that runs on Mac and shows the Battery Health percentage of iPads that have been plugged in to that Mac. I ran it on the iPad listed and it shows 83%, a brand new iPad will show 97% or so. So plenty of battery left on this one.
