Hi the screen is perfect, there is slight tiny scuffs on the back side, at the bottom of the phone, which are very slight. The only speck on the phone that's noticeable is a small nick on the underside of the right side of phone above the screen on/off button. Otherwise the phone has been well taken care of these past two years and the pen was hardly used. Please see pictures. Box and charger + cable included. The battery is 4000mAh and gets you through the day and then some! Never submerged in water / hardly at all exposed to rain. The headphone jack is in great shape too, and only used once in a while. All buttons work well with minimal wear. This is a great phone with a bunch of pleasant upgrades from the Note 8. The device is fully paid for and compatible with Verizon, Thanks!
