I'm selling a Surface Pro 3, Silver, 64GB, Intel Core i3 Processor. It comes with the Surface Pen (With new battery), a purple type cover (keyboard), and the charging cable. The device is in great condition, with no noticeable scratches or other damage as far as I can tell. The current OS installed on the device is Windows 8.1 Pro. I'm simply selling because I have recently upgraded.

Is a new battery referring to a pencil or a tablet?

The new batter is in regard to the pen. I'm not exactly sure how long the tablet holds charge, my guess would be a few hours. I haven't used it for a bit. I can test this out tonight and get back to you if you'd like!

Hey guys: I tested out the battery life for a bit. After using the tablet constantly for 3 hours, the battery was still at 60%. In those three hours, I used it non-stop for browsing the internet and designing a christmas card. Hopefully that gives you an idea of what the battery life will be like! Thanks!
