Yes - It is unlocked - I should have put that in description, I will get that added.
Is it possible for you to leave it at $375 total price?
Can you post a photo that it's permanent unlocked?
I uploaded a new picture showing the unlock confirmation. I couldn't find a way to check that on the device. If there is a way, post and I'll check.

OnePlus (6T and newer): Settings >Wi-Fi & internet > SIM & network, then choose Advanced or Network Unlock
And does it have burn in? And have you ever seen they battery healt percentage on AccuBattery?
