Is it unlocked?

No. This is the T-Mobile variant.

If you can SIM unlock it for all carriers i would be interested.

I'm not sure if it can be Sim unlocked. It was purchased at the T-Mobile store so I know it is a T-Mobile variant.

Nov 24, 2020 - 04:35 PM

If it's paid off and without a contract, you can call to T-Mobile and ask to get it unlocked.

Alright, I just called T-Mobile and they did walk me through the unlock process. The phone is now unlocked and can be used on any carrier.

I'll upload a picture that shows that the Phone Unlock option is disabled which means it's unlocked.

Let me know if you're interested.

To not waste your time, do you accept $380?
With the swappa fees included.

And if you are agree. Can you upload a photo of the device unlock app that shows that it is permanently unlocked?

I'll take $380 but you pay the past the Swappa fees.

I've just uploaded the screenshot showing it is unlocked.

Nov 24, 2020 - 07:01 PM

When you restart it, the text that is displayed at the bottom (the temporary unlock) would disappear and it would be permanently unlocked, right?

I am insistent with this because I would use it in another country. Don't worry, the shipping address is in the United States.

Do you have the manuals/documentation, SIM tool and the clear case?

Good questions. All manuals, tools, charger, chords, and original box are included.

I don't see the clear case so that won't be included. However, I currently have a case on the phone that I'll include in the shipment.

Because my wife originally had a pixel the unlock app was for a pixel phone only. This is why it's showing that glitch message at the bottom of the screenshot that I posted. I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with T-Mobile earlier today and they assured me that it's unlocked.

The first screenshot I posted with the darked out device unlock option is the best indicator that the phone is truly unlocked. That was originally clickable which is where I unlocked the device.

Thanks for the explanation, and it if possible, I would feel more comfortable if you could try a SIM from another carrier, AT&T for example.

I was looking and I think that for the American version they did not include case, weird thing.

The screen protector that comes with the phone (which I think it does), you took it off right?

Okay, I threw in my work SIM card which is Verizon. I've uploaded a picture that shows that the OnePlus is on the Verizon network and gets full bars with LTE 4g internet. I sent multiple text message and made a phone call and everything works great. The phone is definitely unlocked.

Nov 24, 2020 - 11:00 PM

Ok thanks for the detailed information. Oh by the way, checking my card, without the tax I have $390 available, I think it's $5 less, is that okay? If you are agree, change the price and i buy it now.

Sold. Changing the price now.
