In addition to the Rift S and matching Touch controllers, in box, you'll get a VR Cover-branded cloth shroud for the main housing, a protective carrying case, an unopened third party replacement facial interface and foam set, Kiwi straps (Google it), a replacement headband (which I thought I'd need at some point), a foam protective pad for the lenses, and skin friendly cleaning wipes if you want to sanitize and clean the unit *again* after you've received it. I can count on my hands the number of times I've worn this.
I have no idea how much this all costs to ship, but I expect the buyer's getting a deal on it.
