What are the scratches on the screen? Protector or actual screen?

Hi Gabriel, those are smudges on the screen itself. Without that bright light I use to take pictures you don't really see it but I try to highlight every flaw so there's never any disappointment.

I'm also interested to know about the marks at the top of the screen. This gripe is not with you but I have listed devices on Swappa before that were literally mint but had a spec of dust on them and the admins told me I had to relist it as "good" before they would allow it to be approved. I'm curious how that got through as "Mint" with those marks showing...

Also curious about the "smudges" and the lack of response to questions about them. And why is the applecare an "estimated" expiration date?

Hi John O. I apologize for not responding to the questions with regard to the smudges. The information is in the description and I guess that's what I thought people read. The smudges cannot be cleaned off and it's from me removing the screen protector. As far as the "estimated" date, I don't really have your answer. This is information directly from Apple's website. Hi I am confused. Is the mark on the screen a scratch or a smudge? If it's a smudge (a.k.a dirt), why can't the screen be cleaned with some alcohol?

I just updated the description to state scratches, not a smudge. I am not sure if it will work with t-Mobile. There are no accessories. Thank you
