Hey, there's no warranty, and the phone is paid off, yes. I originally purchased this from Swappa (and thought it was unlocked!), but I haven't found any way of being able to unlock the bootloader. T-Mobile's application in the Play Store hasn't worked for me. Everything else is fine, though, so I'm treating it as a T-Mobile phone.
