IMHO: IT'S REALLY in pristine (or mint) condition with no signs of wear and tear because it is fully refurbished. The device is covered in plastic put on by the factory.
Repairs made as follows: sound microphone repaired or replaced; display image quality upgraded; rear camera issue has been resolved and battery life performance-enhanced all by AppleCare service.
This device was returned from AppleCare service and tested and works.
I personally factory reset the device.
