Is the phone unlocked and ready to be activated on Sprint network?
Is the phone lost or stolen or damaged?
Is the phone fully paid off with no contract?
Is there a SIM card already in there and not active with another account

Hello, because the phone is a Sprint device, it doesn't need to be unlocked to work on Sprint/T-mobile. Secondly, if the phone was lost or stolen or damaged it wouldn't be listed. Thirdly, if the phone wasn't paid off or if it was under contract, it wouldn't be listed. Finally, the phone is not active with another account, and if Sprint is your provider, I believe they can provide a SIM card for free.
