Can you show me the nick on the screen.

Also in the 4th shot, the left side of the screen looks like it is lifting away from the sides. Can you confirm if that is happening?

Also is this covered under any apple care?

I've added two photos to show the nick. It was very difficult to try and get an angle where you could see it, and actually the angle I got makes it look worse than it is. Truly and honestly, it's imperceptible when you look at the phone at normal viewing angles.

I can confirm that the screen is not "lifting away from the sides." In those photos, the phone is resting on top of the yellow sticky note that has the listing code. If you'd like, I can take another photo on a flat, white surface.

The phone is not covered by AppleCare.

The phone says it is a T mobile phone. Is it unlocked? Can it be used with sim cards out of the US?

Interested in moving forward if iphone is unlocked. At $820 with the swappa charge of $25 dollars and tax will put me over $900. Will you take 750? with a $25 swappa fee and $60 in tax so it will still be about $830 to me.

Yes, it is unlocked. The iPhone 11 Pro Max A2161 is the North American GSM + CDMA model and is fully compatible with all US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile as well as smaller carriers (MVNOs) that operate on these networks. The price is already $795 + the $25 swappa fee. And it's already $30 lower than any other 256GB 11 Pro Max, so it's already a great deal, but I will go to $780. If you're okay with that, I'll change the listing price for you.
