Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is defective or wrong item was sent) and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the wrong shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat $20 restocking fees.

International Version means that the item may come with a Foreign adapter, but we will provide you with a converter adapter to be used in the USA. All functions/features still work perfectly fine in the USA and the phone would be in English.
