No scratches or damage?

I just uploaded a photo of the only notable damage showing a scratch on the corner of the stainless steel band. It was a bit hard to capture but hopefully you can see. The black stainless steel hides imperfections much better than the silver. The rest of the phone is in good condition.
Has the phone ever had any repairs done to it?
