How old is it? Does it have any battery issues or motor issue like excess sounds or anything else?
It was purchased earlier this year, after moving to a new house with carpet it just doesn’t do quite as well as the S9+ I replaced it with, but still works great for low pile carpet and hard floors. There are no abnormal sounds or anything issues I am aware of, it was probably ran a total of 20-30 times.
