Could you show a picture in the Croft screen of battery health?
To open a Crosh window, just press Ctrl+Alt+T on your keyboard to open a terminal window.
At the terminal, type the following command and then press Enter:
battery_test
A couple of pics of the screen with it off would be great too.
Also in the crosh screen, “battery_firmware info” please

Also just wanted to confirm that this is the i7 model. Sorry for being annoying, but the keyboard on mine shit the bed two weeks ago so I’ve been without for a bit!
