Visible is my cell phone provider, its a new MVNO that uses Verizon network, so if you could please can you check the IMEI on their BOYD page?
I checked the number and they said the specific number is not compatible, but if you send them the old phone, they'll replace it with a new one and sim card. If that still doesn't answer your question we could connect and I can give you the number to show you what they mean.
