Gsm unlock
Yes, it can be GSM unlocked. I cannot do it on my end as I cannot open the box. You just need to download the T-Mobile Unlock app and run it to GSM unlock the device.

Do you have the duel screen case?
This is brand new from T-Mobile as it is. I don't think T-Mobile includes a dual screen case with a new LG Velvet phone.
