It comes with some extra cases and original box with unused headphones and charging cable (charging block was used) and a pre applied screen protector. Battery life is 99%. Has apple warranty until october 25th 2020. The device will be completely wiped before sending obviously but youre more than welcome to jailbreak it or just update it and not worry about it.
