I'm assuming this would be able to be reactivated on Spectrum Mobile again?
Yes. You would contact Spectrum and give them the IMEI number on the phone and they will activate it.

I had the battery replaced so I can't really go lower.
Are you offering a warranty on the battery?
It's just such an old phone that they dont make anymore and we have experienced battery issues and when we replaced them they didnt work very well. Asking for my husband.
