How old is phone?

Are those marks from it being dropped

Phone was purchased Jan 1, 2020 so it still has the manufacturers warranty until January 1, 2021.

The mark by the S Pen slot is not from a drop. I think it is just wear from the opening in the case I was using where the S Pen is, so it was a little more exposed to wear at the case opening for the S Pen. This phone never had any major drops. Most of its life has been at home since I have not left home much at all since mid March due to Covid and my home is all carpet. Even then, I already had done a lot of work from home.

This device is in perfect working order and looks brand new. There is not a mark on it otherwise.

I understand your point, but assure you there were no major drops with this phone. Even if it was a drop, the phone works perfectly and doesn't have any other mark on it. I'm really trying to think back and can't recall any significant one time even to cause it. A drop like that would have cracked the screen. I'm almost certain it was dirt or sand from the exposed S Pen part of the case. I will see if I can take a good photo.

The rest of the phone was never exposed to anything else. The screen was never exposed. As I mentioned before it has always had a screen protector and case from the very beginning. The phone will look and feel brand new in your hands when you open it and works flawlessly.

Can you get rid of the mark by the s pen which looks like the phone has been dropped?

That scratch insignificant. And besides, if you put a case on it, no one will see it

Jalen, you might be able to remove the marks. In case it happened to make it worse I have not tried.

It has been in a case with a screen protector from day one. But the case I had, the S Pen area was exposed to wear which is the area you see.

how long was it used?

I activated it January 5th, this year and stopped using it on the 17th when I posted this. So, 8 months and 12 days to be exact. It still has a valid Samsung warranty until January 2021. It was kept in a case time. In addition, I never took off any of the back film or side film to protect from any scratches. Same with the screen protector from the very beginning. There is not a mark anywhere on the screen.

Apart from the one mark by the S Pen this device is flawless.

battery life still good? any screen burn?

Battery life is great. From morning to late evening, I can go the whole day without charging it with normal use.

No screen burn, the picture is great.
