It can be upgraded to the new watch OS! Once you pair it to your phone you would be able to upgrade it to watch OS 14.

Yes this is Cellular + Wifi! You would obviously need to add an eligible plan with ATT and once you do that you won't have to take your phone everywhere with you.

Sorry, one more question. Can you post a picture showing the scratches or nicks? It looks very clean in your photos above and just do not want to be surprised if there are quite a few scratches when I see it in person.

It's all on the top portion of the glass. It's not crazy but it is. It looks good from a distance. Let's say that. Lol. I'll post some in a hour when I get home.
