It charges but does not hold the charge well. There is a screenshot of the battery status

What you mean it doesnt charge? Like loose charger port ?

See the screen shot in the photos. The port is perfect but the battery itself has degraded.

What you mean by degraded ? 83% Is still good

I charged the phone to 100% and it took about 4 days, of no use at all, to go down to 0. However, if you take another look at the screen shot, it says the battery is degraded. I'm just trying to be honest. Right now it's at 89% and I charged it fully 3 days ago but has had no use at all.
