iPad 32GB with Apple Pencil and Dbrand skin
Rose Gold iPad with original box, and charger. Also including Apple Pencil 1st Gen in its original box with the spare nib. The iPad and the pencil have always been wrapped in a Dbrand skin with a screen protector installed. I only removed them recently for photos but am including the spare Dbrand skin that only covers the back of the device and one for the pencil. Everything works great and only selling since I recently upgraded to an iPad Pro.

Would you consider $265? Asking price is almost equal to the lastest ipad 7th generation.
I don't think I can come down that low since this bundle still includes an Apple Pencil which is a $99 accessory on its own.
