Return Policy:
We offer returns/exchange only for defective items with 30 days of delivery. There is a 30 day replacement/refund warranty for functionally defective items. If item is found to have no defects upon return or is due to accidental damage and then warranty will not be honored. Phone must be in exact same condition as sent.
Returns found to have no defect or due to buyer's remorse will incur a 25% restocking fee (non-negotiable).
Returns not received in the exact same condition or due to accidental damage will not be honored and be sent back to buyer or incur a restocking fee between 50-75%.
