Buttery smooth OnePlus 7 Pro

Anyone familiar with OnePlus knows how great a value their phones are. With only a 90Hz refresh rate and 8GB's of RAM, this thing runs circles around my Samsung S20 Ultra's more gaudy specs. If not for the 5G on her newer phone, my girlfriend would still be using this.

This phone is in great condition and comes with the original WARP charger 30, a USB-C to 3.5mm jack (white; see picture above) and a used glitter case. Ridiculously quick charges! Here are the specs, https://www.gsmarena.com/oneplus_7_pro-9689.php, but feel free to contact me with any questions.

Hi Jason, how are you? How long has your girlfriend or yourself owned the device? Apart from it good condition as I can see, are there any tear or marks or what so ever scratches? Please let me know. I am very interested. Thank you.

Also can you please provide pictures from the sides of the phone? Such as right, left, top and bottom sides? Thanks!

Hi Farouk!

I'm doing great. Thanks for asking! I purchased this phone for my girlfriend through T-Mobile a little over a year ago though it's been put away since we got our S20's back in late-February. Prior to unlocking the phone through the carrier today and subsequently playing with it, I haven't had an occasion to use it for the past several months. But I can assure you everything still works great on it.

I do appreciate your interest in my phone. Per your request, I uploaded a few more pictures. I did note two additional, minor scratches on the screen which I believe are lightly visible when it's off as well as a nick at the top right. They're extremely minor, smaller than the first I mentioned though I apologize for not catching them the first time around. I amended the damage comment in the description above to reflect this. Hopefully it's more inline with what you needed though please let me know if you need something more.

I also managed to find the USB-C to 3.5mm jack cable which will now be included in this sale. All that's missing is the original box.

You are welcome, thank you Jason. Thanky you for catching the little scratches as well and minor wear oj the device. My last question is about the screen itself, does it have the original film protection or was it removed? For example, I own a OnePlus 5 device and still kept the original film protection screen, I also have scratches but it I am sure that if I remove it they won't be visible. Thanks a lot, if I make a choice, I will most probably buy it by next week :)

Best,
Farouk

The original film protection was removed a while after purchasing the phone. Luckily, it was babied enough to not incur any damage beyond what I mentioned. But I realize how unnecessary this is considering how useful that first screen protector is.

One thing I feel strongly about is that I plan to purchase a OnePlus in the next few years. Our S20's were purchased on essentially a BOGO and while they're more than serviceable. they can't hold a candle to the OnePlus 7's overall performance and value. The Oxygen overlay is the least cumbersome and most minimal of any major phone manufacturer's. It really feels like stock Android and makes me realize how much I dislike dealing with even Samsung's somewhat clunky One UI. Even in spite of their moderate price increases over the years, OnePlus remains highly competitive in the crowded mobile market.

Jason, I agree 100% with your statement plus the fact that OnePlus brand updates it's software and security patches 3 years after its launch date is a must! Stock Android is the best and all the bloatware that Samsung adds is just unnecessary..

Well, if you agree by mid-next week I will purchase it from you. Do you have any original document proving the purchase or even any document related to the original purchase of the smartphone? So I can follow up in case of warranty or any. Thank you amd sorry if I might be a bit annoying.

Best,
Farouk

I was trying to look through the T-Mobile site last night to get an exact purchase date but couldn't see it as it doesn't appear they make those visible once you move on to your next phone. That said, it's out of warranty as they're only good for one year and it was purchased on a debit. I admit, I'm generally smarter and use credit cards for these kinds of purchases due to the added warranty. Sorry. Mea culpa.

No annoyances, you're fine! I get trying to be thorough as these are big purchases. You'll have to forgive me for being a little sloppy on the purchase as I've usually been good about retaining paperwork, boxes, etc. Still, I'm confident that it's in great shape and well worth the money.

I'm happy to sell it to you. :)

BTW, I'm sure I can see about getting a copy of the sales slip from a T-Mobile store if you want it. Not sure what good it will do given what I mentioned about the warranty already passing. But I'm happy to alleviate any concerns about the phone's origin.

No worries, thank you Jason. I will let you know ASAP most likely after the weekend. I really appreciate your dedication. Best, Farouk.
