This Macbook has been used with care since 2016. Keys glossy from typing and there are a few barely-noticeable (<1mm) dings on the edges. Otherwise, I had a skin on the laptop the whole time and the exterior is near mint,

How is the keyboard holding up in terms of reliability? Has the butterfly mechanism given out or needed replacing since you’ve had it? And also, what is the battery cycle count?
The keyboard is holding up just fine. Never had problems with it or replaced any keys.
