Your return policy is 24hrs within you receive your phone? That's almost impossible if you have issues connecting to your carrier by the time you receive it and get to the Sprint store. Can you extend the return for any of your phones? Thank You
So how long you need warranty? Also Sprint provide 30 days warranty too.
I need 7 days just to make sure it will work on the Sprint network. I'm hesitant because I just purchased a phone last week from another seller and it was LOCKED and couldn't use with Sprint. Had to return it to the seller. That is my concern. Not saying it would happen with your company just a little cautious due to that just happening. Thanks for your help.
