Hi Roy. I would assume it would work as I have wiped it but you might want to check with T-Mobile just to be sure. Yes it is the 4inch screen. It charges up to 100%, it doesn’t hold a charge as long as it used to when new naturally but if you aren’t running location services all day it can hold for several hours. Please let me know if you need anything else.
