Jonathan, the standard warranty is for one year from the date of activation, how can it be till 9/22? 98% battery suggests the phone has been used for ateast 10-12 months? My girlfriend's one year old pro max is still at 99% battery health.

Aamir, The iPhone 11 Pro Max launched on 9/20/2019. I purchased it and activated it two days after launch date.
Battery health is subject to device usage and charging habits. The more one utilizes a device and charges it, the quicker the battery health decreases.
An iPhone will still run at peak performance until battery health reaches 75%.

Jonathan, I'm sorry, my bad, that means the warranty will end next month on 21st. I thought by 9/22 you meant Sept 2022 😀 I think apple suggests to change the battery at 80% health, my iPhone X with 88% loses the charge very fast, it barely lasts me quarter of a day on normal use.
