It's at&t but you can use other prepaid sim cards I believe

No because the phone is in the box. From my understanding at&t uses gsm And not cdma and tmobile and at&t use gsm. When I went to sell the phone at the settings and color here it popped up at&t.. but from experience with google Fi and straight talk I believe you can use any phone?

Google Fi will not work with Gsm but t mobile and straight talk will. I'm not sure what carrier you have it are looking for though

OK! ACTUALLY the back of the box says it supports cdma, gsm, umts, td- scdma, and lte cellular technologies. If you'd like I can upload a picture
