Orders placed on Friday after 9am will ship on Monday via USPS.
Important Note: We can only ship to the address used in paypal during checkout.
If an address is change is necessary or you need to cancel the order we will refund your payment minus the PayPal fees (this is due to a recent change to PayPal policy where sellers are charged the full fee amount of 3.5% +$0.35 after all refunds).

We don’t offer pick up but after purchase we can give you the imei so you can process it.. and we accept returns for any reason.
Given your experience, can you point me to a device that you have in stock that you are certain will pass the instore trade in as Im trying to minimize the back and forth

I know you generally dont do this, but I am part of the SY community so if I could just come and pick it up today and go straight to the tmobile store that would be the best. This way I can know if it will work and be done with it right away.
