All devices have a 14 day free exchange for any other device in inventory if you are not happy for any reason. You will be refunded or billed the difference in value between the devices.
All devices come with a 90 day functional warranty. This warranty includes defects but does not include accidental damage.
For all non exchange returns (buyers remorse) there is a 15% fee to cover shipping, processing, etc

Screen has not been replaced by us & we have not opened the device. It is possible it has been replaced sometimes in its life by another tech but there is no way for us to know. If you're buying just to trade it in then it'll work great for that.
