Hello, Veronica; as you probably know, there's no battery health info option embedded on iPad OS, as there is on iOS, so i can't tell you an exact/accurate percentage, but i can tell you that i never had any issues with the battery life of this iPad whatsoever.

I guess it mostly depends on your particular type of use, and how often you use it; personally i believe i used to charge it about twice a week.

Sorry, it does not include an Apple pencil.

BTW that listing you mentioned had a 1st gen pencil i believe, which you can get very cheaply, and even cheaper if you get a non-Apple alternative.
Also, mine comes with a much better case.

No, this is not a repaired/refurbished iPad.
Has very little use, and it is perfect condition. It looks and feels just like a brand new one.
