The two I'm currently following, I've asked the same question (due to me getting a Pixel that was SIM unlocked but not OEM unlocked) and no response. Seems as of late folks haven't been replying. I don't judge, they might have personal issues going on and don't have time to respond. Who know, but it is getting where a lot more are not replying. LOL!
I am not sure about Verizon, it was purchased from google, as unlocked.

@Tony- Scratch is in the screen itsself
