Is this actually a Google Edition, or Verizon unlocked?

This device is incorrectly listed, it would be a verizon device and not a OEM Google edition
Please verify if this is a Google edition or not, Google edition devices can be bootloader unlocked and verizon cannot
Both verizon and google are carrier unlocked
