The dent at bottom case has no effect on functionality of the Pixelbook as this area is attached to battery only. Except some minor scratches, the Pixelbook is in good shape with minimum signs of tear and wear.

Just curious if the device is locked or has any sort of password on it? Also would you take 360?
Password is not a big deal with Pixelbook, Ctrl+Shift+Alt+R at the log in screen, you can reset it in 2 minutes regardless how many locked accounts. I always reset it before shipping anyway, don't worry
If you meant enterprise enrollment Pixelbook, then it's obvious that device is locked at the setting screen, you cannot go further without user name and password regardless how many reset you did. You should know the difference between password locked and domain locked ( Pixelbooks belong to a school or company )
