Hello. Does the screen scratch have any issues with usage?

Also, what are the terms for the AppleCare? Option to extend (monthly pricing/term/etc.)?

The screen scratches are very light and barely noticeable and they do not affect usage at all. Completely cosmetic only.

The AppleCare is the original 1 year warranty (phone was bought in September of 2019) so you could purchase the additional AppleCare to add a second year of warranty coverage for the phone.

Also, what is the battery health currently at?

AppleCare+ for the iPhone XR is $149, but I believe you can pay per month as well. It includes protection against accidental damage like a cracked screen or water damage and extends the warranty for 2 years from date of purchase.

That said, you may have to contact Apple directly to get it set up. I just tried to go through the AppleCare process online and it was giving me an error message. The current warranty is active until September 4, 2020
