How does that work
It works well for me 7 Years.Now Just a little bit slow for macOS Mojave. But I updated OS Catalina. It looks like much better. You have 2 weeks warranty to check the MacBook Pro hardwares . You can check the battery on picture 1. It is good for normal use。

I’m trying to buy it it’s not working
If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).
While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.

It’s not denying the payment it won’t pull up PayPal when I click link and say this “ Sorry, this listing is temporarily unavailable, try in a few minutes.” like how long is the wait?
