Any extended warranty on it?
No, it was purchased in late October 2019 so it's got about 5 months left.
The box looks pretty dirty. How long have you had the laptop, and for how long was it used?
The laptop is a brand-new warranty replacement (never used). The original machine was purchased October 2019, so the box is ~7 months old.
The return box is much cleaner :)

Is battery cycle count @ 1?
Not quite - just checked and it's at 7. I assume from factory testing? I have not drained the battery myself.

Deal. How would the insurance work if something were to happen, and is there any opportunity for you/me to extend it?
Question about the tax - if you ship to me in SC it adds $120. However I am a DC resident and but for this pandemic, I would still be there; currently have a USPS mail forwarding. Do you control what tax is applied?
