Hello so you will send with a sim card activated that can be used up to 200MB every month for free. Am I right?

Not exactly. Apparently it works with the internal Apple SIM card, and thus doesn’t need a separate or external card. The iPad itself is activated. This was due to a promotion that T-Mobile had for a while. When you would go to settings, cellular, it would let you choose a plan. Att, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc. Under T-Mobile, one of the plans offered was a free 200 mb for the life of the iPad. I took this, because that’s all the data I actually needed. It still works fine, and I have never paid for data. Let me know if you would like further documentation. Btw, it does have a SIM card slot, as shown on the pictures, and you can put an additional one in.
