This phone has always been in a case with a screen protector. There is no damage that I can see at all to the screen or casing of the phone. You would receive the phone, as pictured.

Someone just sold similar 256gb for $900. You can see in the recent sale. Would you like to sale for $900?

The seller you are referring to, that was their personal choice to sell that phone at that price. $900 is not the norm for a mint iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb with battery health at 99%.
