This is a brand new Pixel 4XL for Verizon. See below for VZW unlocking procedures and policy, 60 days after the sale it should be unlocked for other networks.

The sale includes the phone and OEM Google rapid charger only. Since there is no retail packaging I have to list it as mint, but the phone has only been out of the seal long enough to verify functionality. As a new device it will carry the warranty issued by Verizon or Google.
My normal price is $450 before Swappa fees and tax, but I am running low on OEM chargers. Until I am resupplied, I am lowering the price to $435 plus tax and I may include an afermarket rapid charger.
