This tablet is in good condition. It is 100% Functional. The glass, back, and sides will show wear. The glass has shallow scratches only noticeable with the screen off and you're looking for them.
Also note the defect with the LCD as discussed in the damage description.

It comes with a USB cable and wall charger.
