You are buying my iPad Pro 12.9" Space Grey 256GB with Smart Keyboard accessory (an additional $200 value). I am selling this to upgrade to the latest model. It is in great condition and will ship with all original packaging and accessories. I say in all of my listings that I only sell products that I would be comfortable buying, so buy with confidence that my devices are always taken care of to the best of my ability. This iPad suffered a very slight ding on the bottom front-left corner of the device. It is hard to even show in photos, but you'll be able to see in the photos above. Rest assured that is the only physical damage to the unit itself. The Smart Keyboard case has taken a bit more of a beating (obviously) but is in great condition and works perfectly. Everything will be cleaned and sanitized before I ship out so everything you receive will be pretty close to looking brand new.

How much would you pay in shipping if you sold at 800? I’m willing to pick up so you save on shipping costs. Ends up being the same net to you.
There is a Swappa fee of $25 that you may not be accounting for. My price is currently set at $800, but Swappa fee brings it to $825. Then there will be 2.9% to PayPal, regardless of shipping or pick up. So I’d come out with significantly less if I sold to you for $775 ($750 before Swappa fee).

I get pretty good shipping rates thanks to some discounts I have. If you're in Illinois near Chicago, I can probably get it to you for anywhere between $8-$10. I'll reduce the price to $815 for now if you want it.
