Protector lifts right off with very little effort. 0% chance of damaging the screen using your hands. If you were to try to take it off with a screw driver, well I can't give you the estimated percentage of the chance if damaging then. Lol. Honestly this device with the i7 and perfect conditon on the display i feel I'm asking for $100 less than what I should be. If I were to agree with $425 what method of shipping would yoìu want to Do? I'm think $15 Is less than what it would cost to ship and insure it?

Ok when u mentioned the buy lock I tried to see what would happen if I tried to buy it and added it to my cart I just now removed it so it may take a little time to process that

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
