Is that a matte screen protector?
yes I believe so, i have an additional one and the box if you would like me to add a picture. I can the additional screen protector for the 875 price point.
Is there any warranty?
This was originally purchased in November 2018 and is covered by AppleCare until November 2020. I can transfer the apple care after receipt of payment

I posted a picture of the battery health for this device, it holds its charge for for multiple days with moderate use and fully recharges
That isn’t the proper battery health option that just shows that you charged your device to 100%
Apologies I just learned the iPad series does not have that feature only iPhones do
Correct the Battery Health does not display the same on the ipad as the Iphone. Typically a slow decline in battery charge and full recharges show the battery is healthy.
